The main machine of plastic granulator is extruder, which is composed of extrusion system, transmission system and heating and cooling system.
Extrusion system The extrusion system includes a screw, a barrel, a hopper, a head, and a die. The plastic is molded into a uniform melt through the extrusion system, and in this process the pressure is established, the screw continuous extrusion head.
(1) Screw: it is the most important component of plastic recycling granulator extruder. It is directly related to the application range and productivity of extruder. It is made of high-strength corrosion-resistant alloy steel.
(2) Plastic recycling pelletizing machine cylinder: is a metal cylinder, generally made of alloy steel with high heat resistance, pressure resistance, strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance or composite steel tube lined with alloy steel. The barrel is matched with the screw to realize the crushing, softening, melting, plasticizing, venting and compacting of plastics, and the continuous and uniform delivery of rubber material to the molding system. Generally, the length of the barrel is 15 ~ 30 times of its diameter, so that the plastic can be fully heated and fully plasticized into principle.
(3) Hopper: the bottom of the hopper is equipped with a truncation device to adjust and cut off the material flow, and the side of the hopper is equipped with a viewing hole and a calibration measuring device.
(4) The head and mold: the head is composed of alloy steel inner sleeve and carbon steel jacket, and the head is equipped with forming mold. The function of the head is to transform the rotating plastic melt into a parallel linear motion, evenly and smoothly into the mold sleeve, and give the plastic with the necessary forming pressure. The plastic is plasticized and compacted in the barrel of the plastic recycling granulator, and flows into the head molding mold through the neck of the machine along a certain flow channel through the porous filter plate. The mold core and mold sets are properly matched to form an annular gap with decreasing cross section, so that the plastic melt forms a continuous dense tubular coating around the core wire. In order to ensure that the plastic flow path in the head is reasonable and eliminate the dead Angle of plastic accumulation, a shunt sleeve is often arranged. In order to eliminate the pressure fluctuation during plastic extrusion, a pressure equalization ring is also set. The head is also equipped with a mold correction and adjustment device, easy to adjust and correct the concentricity of the mold core and mold sleeve.
Recycled waste plastic is first crushed into pellets by a pulverizer, then screened and cleaned before granulating. Plastic waste crushed, models generally use 30HP or above, also useful minicomputer, depending on the recovery of materials.
